Who Is Bruce And When Is Springsteen Playing Next?

By Lang Mensa

Bruce Springsteen, known to all of us as The Boss has only been getting better at delivering exciting live performances. His advancing age doesn't seem to be holding him back from giving his fans a good time at his concerts. It's for this reason that Bruce Springsteen Concert tickets, even today are sold out in no time.

Die-hard fans will be excited to know that Springsteen and the E Street Band that have been on their Working On A Dream Tour since April this year, have added five more dates to their tour which will end towards the end of November. Of course you can expect the tickets to vanish in a jiffy if you don't move fast.

If you think that the frenzy for Bruce Springsteen tickets is limited to the US alone, you're mistaken. The same situation prevails across the globe. In Sweden and Norway where the tickets for this tour first went on sale - prior even to the official announcement in the US - the ticketing system crashed in no time due to the heavy rush for tickets. Finland also experienced the same situation.

Bruce Springsteen Tix for the United States' dates began to be sold on 2nd February, 2009 the very next day after his outstanding 12 minute show played during the Super Bowl XLIII halftime. Nothing could slow down the demand for his concert tickets, including the dire recession that America finds itself in the clutches of. Tickets for his four shows in his home state of New Jersey and Philadelphia were all gone within an hour of going on sale.

Even before the tour kicked off in April 2009, fans were making a beeline to buy tickets for Bruce Springsteen's rehearsal shows with the E Street Band at their favored rehearsal venue - Asbury Park Convention Hall. This is where The Boss with his band have practiced for every tour since'99.

As mentioned earlier, five new dates have been added to cater to enthusiastic fan demands. Four of these will be in each of the following places: Philadelphia, Buffalo, Baltimore and Des Moines. The last date is set aside so Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band can perform at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in New York on the 29th of October. This will be the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame's 25th anniversary concert that will also feature other big names like Stevie Wonder and Simon & Garfunkel among others.

Keep an eye out for more news on this. A link to a ticketing site might also be made available. - 29943
